These are in-depth training in conservation and marine ecology. Each Module is 6 days of diving, skills and fun!

Each day includes specific task-orientated diving and lectures in topics from coral health, tropical reef fish identification, and manta ray conservation.

Learn about several survey techniques used to monitor coral reef health. Including Coral Watch & Reef Check scientific survey techniques. Certifications include Reef Check

Starts 3rd Saturday of each month.
This is a unique hands-on workshop in which you take part in Blue Corner Marine Research's ongoing coral restoration project. During this week you will learn various techniques and be certified as a PADI Coral Restoration Diver.

SCIENTIFIC DIVER + PADI DIVEMASTER
Scientific Divemaster
This is our most popular and fun internship which includes both conservation training and the PADI Divemaster course. Students who are already Rescue Diver certified can enroll in this package program, or come a bit early and complete the prerequisites at Blue Corner Dive before starting.
The PADI Divemaster course is 4-weeks, then you can add 1 - 4 conservation weeks to make an extended internship. Choose one or all of the modules listed above that you are interested. They can be done either before or after the core Divemaster weeks.

These 2 programs have become some of our most sought after dives and we are proud to offer this Coral Reef Restoration Program on demand, any day of the week. 1 Day Coral Reef REstoration Experence with Blue Corner Marine COnservation
This Introduction to coral restoration allows divers to take part in our active restoration site by transplanting corals.
The day starts with a classroom session on coral restoration and a summary of techniques used. Followed by 2 dives at our restoration site in Nusa Penida - harvesting fragments from our coral nursery & transplanting them upon modular reef structures.

2 Day Coral Reef REstoration Workshop with Blue Corner Marine conservation
This program gets you involved in coral restoration by installing modular reef structures and transplanting corals.
The first day starts with a classroom session on coral restoration ecology as well as physical and biological restoration techniques. We then prepare and install the modular reef structures at the restoration site along the northern coastline of Nusa Penida.
The second day involves another classroom session about coral transplantation techniques, followed by 2 dives at our restoration site in Nusa Penida - harvesting fragments from our coral nursery & transplanting.
